Saint Mary Magdalene Catholic Church
We are an Ecumenical Catholic Fellowship.  Our clergy are validly ordained bishops, priests, and deacons
in the Apostolic Succession, and are recognized as such.  We are fully Catholic and pray for a return to
unity.  We practice the inclusiveness of Jesus towards all; women and men, young and old, indigenous
peoples, sexual minorities, families, singles, and others who are rejected or marginalized.  We welcome
everyone.
We do not seek to take Christians away from the churches they now attend.  We seek rather to minister to
anyone who chooses to worship with us, including but not limited to the millions of excommunicated or
alienated souls who no longer go to or have never been to Mass or Communion, for whatever reasons.
We offer to all, unconditional love, acceptance, and the sacraments.  Looking to return to a church or
coming to a church for the first time?  We welcome you!
In Summary: the Catholics of our community do not accept the teaching of papal infallibility and, therefore,
are independent of the pope’s jurisdiction.  Deacons, priests and bishops are permitted to marry.
Divorced people who remarry are able to be reconciled to the church through the grace of God and,
therefore, are not excluded from the sacraments.  Therefore, a divorce person may remarry with the
blessing of the church.
Artificial contraception is an issue of conscience between wife, husband, and God.
Each Catholic is an equal part of the Church.  Therefore, lay people are encouraged to play a prominent
role in the Church.  No Christian is excluded from the sacramental ministry.  All baptized Christians are
invited to participate in the worship and sacrament of the Church.

We believe that God is without gender.

We believe that Christ is truly present in the Eucharist.

We believe that Jesus recognized females as disciples in His
ministry.

We believe that non-Catholics may attain salvation.

We believe that non-Christians may attain salvation.

We believe the Bible was inspired by God, but written by man.

We believe that the teachings of other world religions are of truth
and inspiration.

We believe that God gives us free will to make our own decisions.
